tuesday substudy goodness!

i can't believe i haven't gotten pictures of this yet! 
every tuesday i have ekgs and saliva collection four times a day for a substudy i'm participating in. i get to drool in a tube and chew on these gross little cotton gauzy .... things that might as well be tampons. -gag-
mmmm. leads. they leave sticky stuff... everywhere.
all hooked up to the ekg leads. this is the only time anyone will see me hooked up to anything at all!
the study measures the body's stress response to bedrest. not sure of the mechanics of it, so i guess i'll have to ask.
